If you’re ready to begin the signatory process, start by downloading one of the Preliminary Information Sheets linked below. Just fill out the appropriate form and fax it to the SAG office in your area.
Preliminary Information Sheet for the Student and Short Film Agreements
In an effort to further streamline the signatory process for Student and Short Filmmakers, just fax in the completed form and any required documents and SAG will send you the final paperwork. For these contracts, there is no longer any need to speak to a representative. Everything can be done through mail and facsimile. However, if you still have any questions, check here or call the Theatrical Contracts Department at SAG.
For Ultra-Low, Modified, and Low Budget Filmmakers only, a SAG Business Representative will contact you within 2 – 3 business days to follow-up on your request, explain the process and forward the appropriate paperwork. If you do not receive a return call please call the Theatrical Contracts Department at SAG to check that the fax was received.
