We’d like to welcome you to indieBlog, the online forum for independent cinema, film festivals, acting, and all things Abe Vigoda.

We’re going to use indieBlog to keep you informed about what’s happening in the indie filmmaking world. We’ll be traveling to film festivals, attending workshops, seminars, and trade shows to bring you the latest news, trends, and gossip. We’ll even occasionally invite celebrity bloggers to post.

We promise to try to keep indieBlog on topic, but the regular posters are known for causing trouble.

Most of us will be in Cannes for the Festival this month and we encourage you to check here daily for pics and updates from the Croisette.

    Poor Scott.
    You can always just go down to the arclight, take off your top, and sit around smoking Guitanes, haranguing passersby with views on the desparate state of international indie cinema.

    Well, I will be down at the Arclight for “Star Wars” anyway, so I guess I could kill time with a topless Cassandra act.

    Only, I don’t think anyone, even geeks dressed as clone troopers, wants to see me shirtless.
